Linking Names to other Names

Introduction

You can easily Link a New Name to existing Names in your Database.

Why would you do this? Well, if you have two or more Names purchasing an Ownership then if you link the Names it is easy to find the Linked Names when doing Contract Take On and adding Other Buyers to the Contract.

Enter details

Now save the Linked Names

You can now see the Names linked to the Name you are working with. You are able to Edit the Contact Details of the Group should you wish to do so.
